Utility Billing

Payments made after business hours are considered next day's business and may be subject to late penalties. 

All residential and business customers that pay for Claremore utilities with a credit or debit card will be charged 3% of the transaction to cover the cost of fees charged to the City by credit card processing companies. The amount will be added to the transaction total.

Office Hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:30am to 5:30pm and Fridays 7:30am to 11:30am.

E-checks are not a supported payment method. Bank drafts will need to be updated in the Utility Office. If you are unsure which draft type you have please call us at 918-341-0456.
