Payments made after 5:00pm are considered next day's business and may be subject to late penalties.
All residential and business customers that pay for Claremore utilities with a credit or debit card will be charged 3% of the transaction to cover the cost of fees charged to the City by credit card processing companies. The amount will be added to the transaction total.
Office Hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Our drive-thru window is open Monday-Friday 7:30am to 5pm.
E-checks are not a supported payment method. Bank drafts will need to be updated in the Utility Office. If you are unsure which draft type you have please call us at 918-341-0456.
